Clubs 50th Anniversary Party!!

Registration is closed
North Shore Tramping Club was formed way back in September 1968, 50 years ago!!! So we'd love current & former members to join us for a very special event. Please meet us there. starting with a walk for those keen and able and then a BBQ at lunch time.

TIMES:

  • Walkers - 9.15am for 9:30am 
  • BBQ about 12pm
  • or join us anytime

WHERE: Long Bay Regional Park, off end of Beach Rd, Torbay, Auckland @ Site 3 - extremely large hard covered bbq site near to where the restaurant on the beach used to be. (Site houses up to 500 people).

Please note there is NO CLUB BUS today.  Meet us there!

COST: Nil

REGISTRATION: Not essential but will appreciated for catering

CLUB WILL SUPPLY: Sausages & some veggie options, sauces & bread and margarine.  (If you have some special dietary requirements, if you can please let Ana at special@nstc.org.nz or maybe bring your own special foods you need).
BYO your own refreshments & salads, plates & cutlery, glasses.  

PEOPLE WALKING: 9.30am - meet at 9.15 & we'll set off for a walk along the cliff tracks & probably back along the beach, working in with low tide at 12.13pm. Walk for about 3 hours and come back & join in lunch.

If you're feeling brave enough for a swim, bring swimming gear.  Toilets and changing rooms are 50 metres from our site.
