Mt Tamahunga, North Auckland

This hill is positioned behind Matakana. 

We will approach this peak via the Te Araroa Trail. It starts behind the Pakari School and climbs up an open hillside that gives us great view of the northern coast. Then thru some bush up to the 439m summit for lunch.

In order to cover some distance we will return back the same way.

Depart Takapuna    9.00 am The Strand

If you need a pickup from Silverdale, please RSVP/register via the website, or let the organiser know directly.

Registration is not required if leaving from Takapuna.
