Join us for a rewarding day exploring all the tracks and hopefully spotting the “big five” on this amazing Bird Sanctuary island in the Hauraki Maritime Park. 

Easy scenic walking amongst many native birds . The island has had a huge number of native trees planted over the decades with an interesting story (Tiritirimatangi.org.nz/history).

*  Those leaving from Gulf Harbour, bring swim wear as we may swim afterwards, and of course on the island too, if we have time. 

Meet at Pier Z Gulf Harbour Marina at 9.10 for 9.50 am departure. Ferry departs the Island 3.30pm.

There is also a ferry departure from downtown Auckland at 9.00am. Please purchase tickets at fullers.co.nz. $78.

Please note:  Fullers have changed their pricing structure to $78, the same as Downtown departure (9am), so punters may wish to take the Downtown option for better value.
