Ti Point - Goat Island - Leigh - capable kid friendly tramp

TRAMP: Ti Point – Goat Island - Leigh

We haven't done this tramp in a few years, so as the tides are good with low tide around 12.52pm, if you like a very scenic coastal tramp with a bit of variety and challenge, climbing over a few very big boulders, rocking hopping, bush tracks, farmland tracks and a hill thrown in this is the tramp for you.   
There are some interesting Geological rock types along the way in form of Basalt rocks, nearer Ti Point.  
One group will start at Ti Point and go through to Goat Island and the other group will do the reverse.  
Bring a camera to capture amazing scenery along the way and hopefully we might be able to squeeze in a swim too!  

Please ensure all your gear is clean, in case we pass any Kauri'd area. 

As it's still summer and bound to be a hot day, PLEASE ensure you have plenty of WATER with you!!!

**  Please note our trip does coincide with Round the Bays, but as we're heading north, hopefully it won't impact our trip at all.  Maybe allow extra time if you are heading over from townside.
