Beachlands – Maraetai Explorer
Join us for a coastal walk along this spectacular coastline. We will start at Beachlands and work our way along the coast through to Maraetai, and then continue further south along the coastline to Waiomanu Beach.
The Medium party will return to the bus at Beachlands, while the Distance party will continue on to Duder Regional Park with a small circuit there before the bus will pick them up.
The total distance is up to 20 km on the flat with some small hills in Duder but expect slippery rocks and uneven surfaces. Bring a camera to capture this scenic coastline, plus a little cash for a treat at Maraetai beach.
Depart: 9.00 am, The Strand, Takapuna OR register for Greenlane Pickup
