We will have various groups to cater for different fitness levels and speeds. Depending on time may stop for ice cream on way back
Bring your togs for a swim and maybe a big bottle of water for after to wash any potential irritants. www.safeswim.org.nz
Bring PLENTY of water, a MINIMUM of 2 litres as there will be limited options for topping up.
Bring change of shoes and shoe bag for bus ride back
